Come in before treatment if you can: we photograph and match your natural hair, take a cast of your head and choose the softest base for your skin. The wig is ready when you need it, fitted privately, and refitted as things change. If you're already mid-treatment, we work at whatever pace you're comfortable with.

When should I come in?
Ideally before treatment starts, so we can match your natural colour and texture. But any time is fine — we'll match from photos if we have to.

Yes — that's what the medical bases are for: soft, breathable and light, with no adhesive unless you want it.
