Not when it's fitted and worn correctly — we choose clips or tape to suit how much hair you have and show you how to release them without pulling.

Topper or wig?
If you still have hair at the sides and back, a topper is usually the lighter, more natural choice. If the loss is extensive, a wig covers more comfortably. Try both at the consultation.
